Our standards

We do not accept payment in exchange for positive coverage. Our rankings reflect our honest assessment of which products are best for which kind of rider, based on hands-on use where possible, and rigorous synthesis of independent reviews where not.

If a manufacturer sends us a product to test, we'll disclose that in the relevant article. Receiving a free product never guarantees a positive review.
